How to Enroll with the Academy at Heartland
Interest Form
Parents begin by submitting an Interest Form. Then attend a scheduled Information Session or request a one-on-one meeting with the Admissions Team if there is not a scheduled Information Session that they can attend.

Submit a Student Enrollment Application Packet. Applications are made available starting January 1st if you are a new student and November 1st if you are a returning student. There is a non-refundable application fee of $30.

Family Interview
The family meets with the Academy Director and/or designated staff for a relational interview to discuss: Educational goals, Student learning styles and needs, expectations, and Student Assessment results.

Enrollment Notification
Families will receive an official acceptance letter or next steps for waitlist consideration. Upon acceptance, families receive your Welcome Packet with the Class Schedule, Tutition & Fee Breakdown, Student Handbook, and Orientation Details.

Tuition Due
Upon acceptance, families are required to submit the annual tuition payment or enroll in an approved payment plan by the stated deadline to secure their student’s spot. Tuition confirms enrollment and allows the Academy to finalize classroom placement, staffing, and resources for the upcoming academic year.
